NWS is my go to contractor now.  I was the customer with the poor ventilation from the exhaust fan in the bathroom that caused damaged to the drywall and had to be replaced.  NWS was my 2nd opinion contact on this issue as my the first contractor I mentioned pretty much tried to scare me into work that was not needed.  The first contractor treated my problem like a life and death situation.  The first contract gave me an estimate over 10-15k and my dad referred me to NWS to get a second opinion.To make this worse I was leaving for a business trip and I was stressed due to this issue.  NWS came the day before I was leaving for my trip and put my mind at ease and told me what needed to be done but wasn't as bad as the previous contractor mentioned. Yeah it needed to get done but it wasn't a life and death situation.  NWS was able to start working shortly after my return from my trip and both employees were respectful and knew what they were doing.  The majority of the work was done over 2-3 days and he kept my bathroom useable.  My biggest concern was the problem happening again but the exhaust fan (which was twice as powerful as my old one) and drywall installed along with the paint used reassured me that this won't happen again.  The amount due was the estimate he gave me which was much more affordable for me.Give this guy a call. He knows what he is doing and he saved me from getting taken advantage of from another contractor.
