Crozer Health OB/GYN Ridley Park

Health care has really gone down the tubes! Unbelievably unprofessional. I have been waiting months for my appointment. I received a VM that they have to reschedule, the doctor I am seeing will no longer be with the practice. When I called back to reschedule per the VM, I was told they cannot because they aren't taking any new patients. Nothing until July, but she still could not put on the schedule. When I asked for a suggestion for another gynecologist, she said no. I am absolutely dumbfounded right now. How unprofessional! Who knows how long I will have to wait to be seen at another practice. Disgusting!!!!!!

OB in upland gave a pap smear at 7 weeks and touched my cervix had miscarriage a day after. Very un sanitary never used gloves when touching me went back for blood work after having heavy bleeding lady was super un empathetic and told me if my baby passed then it passed if not it would have to be sucked out before blood work even came back! I highly suggest NOT EVER going here! Or never letting them touch you when your pregnant

Whats the point of the secretaries if they keep telling us that we need to contact our insurance just to get a referral? According to the rude girl on the phone This center doesnt have any availability til February. no one who needs medical attention has time to wait. Just a bunch of useless people sitting around & giving you attitude when you call them with the intention of relief & to pay them like its such an inconvenience. Shameful & almost discriminatory practice.
