I called this company after I had car trouble and the customer service was horrible. The woman who answers the phone made me feel like i was bothering her. But so far the 2 times that I've used this company the drivers have been nice so in conclusion I would say I had an ok experience

Had a job interview at 3:15. Called at 12:20 to have a cab arrive at 2:30. 2:45 I call and ask where my cab is. "They're on their way". They say this all the time but mean "We forgot". 3 pm and I call to ask they said "They're on their way". 3:15 I call to cancel because now I already mossed the interview. Different lady answers rudely and says "They should be a couple minutes". Don't bother with them unless your stranded and don't mind waiting.

I called D and L Cab Company and requested a cab. I gave the dispatcher my address and cross streets and was quoted 45 minutes. After waiting 45 minutes and not having my cab arrive, I called back. The dispatcher asked for the address and cross streets again and gave me a quote of 20 minutes. Twenty minutes later I called again. This time the number went straight to a voice mail message. I called over and over again until I spoke to the dispatcher again (the same person I had been dealing with from the beginning) and the dispatcher then told me that she was still trying to find a driver to come pick me up, and that their wait times were in excess of 1 1/2 hours. On what customer service planet does it make sense to give a wait time of 45 minutes, then 20 minutes, then 1 1/2 hours? I didn't have many options, so I confirmed my pickup address and cross streets again with the dispatcher. The dispatcher said that she would call me once she found me a driver. I never received a call from D and L Cab Co. and ended up taking the bus to my destination. Once I was on the bus, I called again to cancel the driver, but was put right to a new voicemail message that wait times were in excess of 2 hours. In short, don't bother. This company is horrible!
