Customer here under the name of Syme. Loved the guys who came to open/close our pool, they were so polite and helpful! Unfortunately, will not continue to use this companys services as I was harassed for payment that had already been made. The woman calling was incredibly rude and said that the company is not for everyone. When I expressed my dismay in the fact that they had lost my address the day they were supposed to come open my pool. Called me because I had called the previous day to make sure inclement weather would not affect the opening. Could not bill me at time of service because they forgot to make a work order. So I sent a check in later which was deposited, then they continued calling me saying I never paid but when I proved I had they said okay we believe you and didnt even want the check number. GET A NEW SECRETARY, she was so RUDE to a customer you could have continued having for many years. She said rudely, FIND a NEW pool company because we arent for everyone. Wow, thanks!

Small, but efficient. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They will test your pool water and have any chemicals you might need in stock. There's not much else to say...they get the job done.
