Ihad this system installed 10years ago.for a few years it ran great. then the system started to shut down and tell me to call for service. this only happened in the heat mode.so I reached out to four hvac contractors and quite a few dollars with the same results.call for sevice. so I call the local goodman sales office and they recommend kurt at kindle mehanical. that was the best move i made.i called kurt and made a appointment for a service call.kurt came in and diagnostics the problem and said he would be back in a cvouple of weeks. when he and his employee came back they were cleaning the heat pump putting parts that the original contractor should have done when they installed the system.they also cleaned my gas furnace and found a leak in a gas fitting.now the system runs like it should have when it was installed.I would like to let people who reads this review that you won't find a better company then kindle mechanical for thier professionalism workmanship than kurt Taylor

I never post on Google, but the absolute professionalism and outstanding workmanship of Kurt and his employees at Kindle Mechanical prompted this review. I had issues with my outdoor fan last winter and a different contractor performed the repair. Three months later and my a/c was not working properly and then my heat pump started giving me fits. I contacted the original contractor and he could not find the problem. A second company made the problem worse, replacing a heat strip, relay, and other parts before telling me there was a short circuit somewhere in my system but it would be too difficult and time consuming to find. I called Kindle Mechanical on a whim after seeing someone post about them on a local neighborhood app. That very day Kurt sent one of his employees to stop by my house while on the way home from another job site. The employee did some initial diagnostics, took pictures, and then promised to follow-up. Kurt called me that evening and fit me into his schedule the next day, communicating with me throughout the day and arriving on time and as promised. He spent a handful of hours diagnosing the mistakes of the previous contractors (including a circuit board issue at the outside fan and misplaced wiring in the heat pump) and replacing a thermostat that I had purchased from Home Depot. He raced up and down my basement steps and around the side of my house until finally locating and resolving every last one of the problems in my system . An absolute, 100% top notch job, I am extraordinarily grateful to Kurt and Kindle Mechanical. I will be telling family and friends about their services, and definitely using them when then the time comes to replace my HVAC system (which is hopefully some time away). Thank you so much, Kurt!!!
