Lowe Construction

Well, I asked for Lowe Construction to come out and quote a job to replace a deck and do a patio job with pavers or concrete. They came out in May 2019. Still haven’t received the quote. I guess they don’t want the work. Still waiting to hear from them! Amazing how they really don’t even want to contact us about it. 👍🏼 way to go Lowe. Still waiting for that quote and it is now mid Aug 2019. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 ** Update ** Still waiting for that quote and it is October 2019.

I waited a bit after the completion of our renovated kitchen/dining/living rooms. I wanted to see if there was any remorse in any fashion. However, Lowe construction far exceeded our expectations for a fair price. The crews worked hard every day and were very clean and very polite. They were not late. They did not complain. And the quality of workmanship is top knotch. Every crew managed unforeseen challenges like professionals and the final product shows it. I have very high standards and I say it like it is. These guys are great. I will be using this company for all my future needs and I have recommended them to many friends and coworkers (something I have never done before). I would give them 10 stars if I could. We love our new home!!!!

Update: A few weeks ago, I received a very apologetic phone call from Mr Lowe. He explained that somehow I had slipped through the cracks during a very busy period. He made arrangements to come back and do a very thorough walk-through in order to give me an accurate estimate, based on what I wanted to remodel. After looking the job over again, Mr Lowe promised to get back to me within a week. He did! I'm not sure how this will all turn out, but I do appreciate an apology. Not one of us is perfect. The best we can do is offer a sincere apology and follow through with what we messed up. Mr Lowe did both! Original Post: Very quick to respond when first approached, in the early spring. Came to review the project two times. He had marvelous suggestions. I was quite pleased and confident that he was the right fit for my total home renovation project. I had to call back a few times for the price quote. When ready to finalize details and commit to the project, Mr. Lowe wouldn't return calls at all. It's easy enough to tell a customer that you are either not interested in the project or are too busy to do the project. A 'no call back' approach is extremely rude and an undesirable trait in a businessman.
