Metro PCs have been taking $30 a month for a line that has been free on my account for over 5 months and when I spoke to an agent they tell me I will receive my refund in 24 to 48 hours and never got it when confronted to another agent and supervisor they say they cant refund me my money they stole from me ! I will never be with metro again I am going to another company after 15 years of being with Metro ! I suggest no one be with this company they will take your money and not refund you back Eventually ! Be aware

I have gone to this location 3 times in the past 9 weeks because Google says you're open, and you're not. Irritated, considering all 3 times I was already in York, drove to RL because it's closer to home, then find out you're not even open and have to drive 5 miles back out, plus the drive back home. I understand it's not that far, but fix your hours. Oh, and the door signage has been different twice. I've driven by and you've been open, then when I actually have to come in, CLOSED. Sincerely, your most annoyed customer.
