Woman who works at night is extremely rude. She treats people about as well as she treats their food. Don't bother with this dump. It's not worth the headache or stomach ache, and sure as hell not worth the money. There are better places nearby that actually value their customers.

I ordered 2 hours ago and i called them twice. The lady who picked up the phone tonight said we only have 1 driver so i said why would you tell me 45 minutes to an hour she said then dont order from here. Lmao you can keep your food hunny. I was gonna tip the driver $10 i know its raining but you aint have to be rude. I would never order from franks again. If you dont like your job get another one smh. I had to leave a star to leave a comment but in all honesty i wanted zero stars. Your costumer services sucks. You need to do better. I can spend money else where. Thank you though have a good night

The chef, Rich, is diverse, talented, and able to execute. Seemingly taking time, deliberation, and execution of his orders all into account. Given the occasional mishap that accompanies human communication, resulting in an order gone wrong; the staff has been very gracious and accommodating at eatting the error and sending out the revisement immediately. In today's fast food world, run predominantly by kids that can manage to get the order wrong even when they get the order right; I'd gladly spend my money here at Frank's. Better menu, Better staff, Better food! Thanks guys.
