St. Luke's Upper Bucks Family Medical Center

I mean I got everything from the doctor like medication renewals and such so that was all good and well.. The only thing that I really didn't like was that we were for some reason discussing my issues regarding the appointment in the hallway and in pretty sure that's is a HIPAA violation. I went to see Dr. Wilson for an annual physical and he had me walk with him to get the physical forms in the hallway which wasn't necessary but fine I suppose and when we were in the hallway and signing the forms he continued to discuss my personal issues that I made an appointment regarding in the hallway and people were walking by it was uncomfortable

Doctors here are excellent and have always felt like they care. Been going here for about 10 years.

I have been a patient of Dr Wilson's for years way before my 24 year old twins were born..he is an excellent Physician.As well as Dr Marion..Both my kids go to them now.My gripe is not re these two Physicians....its the new office staff..All the regulars have quit since this St Luke's Merge.. Office girls are extremely rude. I fight with them Everytime I call there for something...They have to make things so difficult when you call that office anymore it's a joke.

I have been going here for 10 years. I love Tammy. She is the greatest! The office staff used to be very friendly but now some of the office staff are very rude and ignorant. Getting referrals and medication renewals have become a big hassle. It seems like ever since St. Lukes took over. If it wasnt for Tammy I would have switched doctors by now. Very disappointing!
