Today we had a wonderful customer service experience with our technician, John McElroy who is based out of Pottstown Pennsylvania. John installed our XFINITY home service and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the time he spent here! John was so incredibly friendly & respectful as well as knowledgeable about the system. John stayed quite sometime answering questions and making sure we were comfortable with the newly installed service! John was clean, orderly and organized making sure before he left that he did a walk through to see if any remnants were left behind. Upon entering our home he put on booties to cover his shoes so he wouldn’t damage floors due to rain outside. He is aces! I work in customer service as well and love to praise other hard working individuals who exhibit excellent customer service, I am honored to praise John on a job well done!
