I am very happy with the work John from Ten Point Mechanical did to optimize my heating system. I had issues with my upstairs temperature not matching the temperature at which the thermostat was set. After installing a new thermostat, sensors and a new filter system, my upstairs is as comfortable as the downstairs. John was on time, efficient and explained everything he did. He also followed up with me to make sure everything was running well. I highly recommend this company.

Contacted for repair when my furnace wouldn't start. They reached our quickly and walked me through what to do. Fixed the problem in a couple minutes. I had came home from work the night before Christmas Eve to find that I lost hot water and heat. We were in a winter storm with wind chills in the single digits and high wind gusts.
The next morning, when the house was down to 49 degrees started calling contractors and out of 5 called, John was the only one I spoke to. He was very professional and polite and said that he could get to me today. He arrived right on schedule and was able to get my heat back up and running so I could spend my Christmas holiday warm. I definitely recommend Ten Point to be your first choice for high quality work. I appreciated him with spending time in answering all my questions. I will be contacting them again for future maintenance. Thank you very much!!

I found Ten Point Mechanical on google today when the heat in my home (recently moved in) was failing to reach anything near what the thermostat was set at. I called the company and left a vmail, and within minutes, got a text from John that he was on a job but would call me soon. 5-10 mins later, he called to discuss further, and since he was booked up for the day and couldnt make it out, he asked to FaceTime me so he could see the valves and the boiler to make sure it wasnt an emergency.
From that call, John quickly realized the issue was a temperature setting, and walked me through what to do to get it working better. 3 hours later, my house is within 1 degree of the thermostat setting!
I am super impressed and very thankful that he cared enough to give me that time and instruction. I dont think Ive ever experienced customer service like that.. especially since I wasnt an established customer of his! TPM is now my HVAC company. Thank you, John!
