The Fresh Start Fitness Assembly held at Skippack Elementary last week was simply amazing. The students and faculty were led through some awesome workouts to some cool music! Everyone was engaged and focused on learning how to take care of our bodies through exercise and eating well. David and Aaron were fantastic!!

The assembly was amazing. Every student AND teacher, as well as our principal, were so pleased with the presentation. It's great to see the kids being active in a fun way and learning about the importance of not only moving but eating well and having good self esteem. Aaron and Dave do such a wonderful job and I've been telling everyone I know about this assembly option!

On Friday March 9, 2018, Spring City Elementary had an hour long assembly performed by Fresh Start Fitness. Students were lead through a pretty challenging, total-body workout!! The staff enjoyed it as well. The music was catchy and entertaining. Aaron and David led the group. The exercises were very easy to follow. The students loved it! We started with a warm up, continued with a work out and ended with a cool down. They wrapped things up, by reminding the students how valuable and important they are, encouraging great self-esteem! To help the students remember everything, they performed an original song about healthy living. The show entertained and educated the students. It was amazing to see the students interacting with one another and participating in the presentation. They had so much fun while incorporating an excellent workout. Aaron and David were terrific with our students. I thought this presentation was excellent. I would definitely recommend this program to other schools.

I am a 4th grade teacher and my classes always enjoyed the Fresh Start Fitness videos on GoNoodle, but the students love for the songs and dances grew when Aaron and David came for an assembly at our school. This is one of the best assemblies we have had. The guys were energetic and kid-friendly. They knew how to calm them down, but also "rev their engines". Aaron and David not only had fun with the students, but sat them down to talk about nutrition, exercise and self-confidence. I would HIGHLY recommend either using their GoNoodle channel or better yet, bringing them in for a school function! Way to go Aaron and David! You rock!
