I have been coming to the Portage Health Center for about 20 years and have found this to be a wonderful clinic. The employees are all very helpful and very professional. If you need an appointment they always work to fit you in. If you need to talk to a nurse and they are busy they always return your phone call. Dr. Mark Ratchford is a wonderful doctor. He is very caring and takes time to help you. If he feels you need to see a specialist he refers you to the best. I am very happy with the Portage Health Clinic and I am happy with all the employees.

We have come here for 15 years. Our children are also patients and we always feel welcome and attended to when visiting or when we call. All of the staff is friendly and professional.

Dr. Shikara is very kind and patient. She listens to everything, and you dont feel rushed. Nurse today was, I think, Ann. She was very very sweet.
