Haven't been here in years and yesterday we took our 6 and 9 year olds. It is always a fun time by this great family owned business! I never went in the off season before but I highly recommend it if you don't like crowds. We only wish we had had a waterproof container so we could have took some pictures!

I’m not one to write reviews but I felt like I have to... We had a great time on the river and they have a very nice system. Everyone was mostly friendly and smiling. However, I would refrain from giving them important personal items as they lost my glasses. When I asked the (very friendly, I will say) girl if there was anywhere my glasses could be kept while out on the river she said she would put them in the kiosk where they put a lot of personal items and told me to come ask to get them back as soon as we were done tubing. We got back from tubing, and I asked about my glasses. She very dramatically and frantically began looking for them and came out and said she couldn’t find them and would go get her coworker. Her coworker came down and they began frantically and dramatically looking for them again... she came back out and told me and my friends to go eat and they would try to handle it. We went back about 30 minutes later and I was told they were calling coworkers to see if they took them... I told her that this was very unfortunate as I am legally blind and can’t drive without my glasses. She said “had I known that .. I wouldn’t of...” and also “that sucks for you”. Those glasses were $180 and now have to be replaced. I was also told this “never happened before” but they seemed to know exactly what to do in the situation. I was asked to give my name, number, and address and we have heard nothing from the company. I’d really like to hear of how they will resolve the situation because as of now, my family and I are very upset with the result.
