        Had the chicken dinner tonight. I literally could not cut it with a knife. I almost pulled a tooth out trying to bite a piece off of it. It's chicken. If you can't cook chicken without severely overcooking it than what could you do. It's the easiest protein to cook. I'd give it to the dog, but the spices were overbearing, perhaps to hide the leather. I mean chicken.
