I wanted to put a pergola on my existing deck. I took a few pictures, sent them to Matt and Mark and they helped me figure out exactly what I needed to make it happen. Price was comparable with other vendors and they kept me updated about delivery and production issues throughout the process. I would highly recommend them.

Ordered and paid for my pergola in May 2021 and didn’t receive all the parts until August 2021. Didn’t even send enough screws . Had to contact multiple times. Mismanaged company. Very dismissive with my concerns. Would not recommend working with this company.

I did a lot of research on outdoor furniture before making a purchase from Plastic Lumber Yard. To date, I've bought several Adirondack chairs, a seating set, and most recently a swing - all of which arrived quickly and in perfect condition! I was impressed with the team - any questions I asked were answered immediately. Thank you again! I won't hesitate to shop at PLY in the future.

I am always treated well and in a timely, polite manner. Plastic lumber is great for decking. They were very helpful saving me hundreds 5 stars!

Lets make this cut and dry. Needed to order about $1300 worth of composite lumber. Shipping locally in PA was about $650. Shipping it to me in NC was going to cost $1000. I was going cut the shipping costs by going to PA and picking it up. Nope, they said that there were multiple locations that my request would come from, therefore there was no way around the shipping costs. They will not work with the customer. I believe it is because they don't want to deal with the little guy. Just the big money folks. Take your business to someone that care about all their customers, big or small! To the owner that posted a reply, next time if you are using a previous email to clear your companies name, make sure you copy both sides of the email and let the readers of this review make an informed decision!
