      image Wait time for a doctor was ridiculous. I ended up walking out without completing our visit. Front desk staff was nice and the hygienist was nice. Cant comment on the doctor because we were never graced with his or her presence after waiting maybe 45 minutes after their cleanings were done until my 1 year old started to lose it and my 6 year old got antsy from being confined to a small room with nothing to do other than try to touch tools. Whats more we never even received an update on any delay nobody stuck their head in to say anything. Luckily I thought to bring some toys and had my phone charged for videos otherwise we wouldnt have lasted that long. Definitely wont be back here.

We try our best to keep our schedule on track but occasionally the doctor needs to spend extra time with another patient because of critical needs or emergency situations.
