Called Matt to ask if he could look at a leak in my vinyl liner. To my pleasant surprise, he said he would stop by same day and give it a look. A few hours later he called me and said its done. He had located the leak and repaired it quickly.

Splashes had been maintaining a pool for us for a few years. It was time for a change. We went from a 21' above ground to a beautiful 1414 inground which Matt custom designed for us. My wife and I have no children and we wanted an pool for us to "hang out". We also wanted to design an area that incorporated some other features. Matt first came up with an incredible design that we completely fell in love with. We sat with him last October and finalized everything. As spring came, we knew we were the second pool he was doing this year. He stayed in close contact with us, giving us a schedule which Mother Nature did not help with, but he was still able to start very close to our anticipated start date. The dig for the pool was done with extreme care for our property. Matt and his team are incredibly neat throughout the entire process. Each step of the way they were very neat and very professional. Matt is also very flexible and worked with me on some last minute ideas and changes we had. His creativity far exceeds anyone in this business that I have ever spoken to. He looked at our project in its entirety, not just the pool. He also worked with our landscapers to keep them in the loop with the project. The equipment he used for our pool was all top shelf. He did not skimp on the pump, filter, heater or anything. I wanted the job done right with the best equipment we could afford. I shopped our pool to several companies and found that a few of them tried to lowball me by leaving stuff off or by using inferior components. Matt's pool by far was the best value by a long shot. The other plus to this, is that our pool does not look like everyone else's. Yes, there are lots of nice pools out there but when you talk to Matt and you see his designs, you'll be able to see the difference. When the job was done, there were no surprises at the end. Matt and his team completely cleaned the jobsite and made sure we were ready for the landscapers to come in. Matt and his team at Splashes Pools are simply the best pool company in the Valley. Showed up looked at the install said he would be able to come back Monday, That was two months ago, now he won't even respond... just another Bum contractor...go elsewhere do yourself a favor....
