This was probably the best interaction/buying experience I've had purchasing a watch. Very warm and welcoming staff. I'm a collector of many of Omega's competitors (Rolex, Tudor, Breitling, Tag Heuer) and this was by far the most informed and helpful sales team (Morgan and Lucas if I remember correctly) that I have interacted with. I definitely see the advantage of going to a boutique instead of a jeweler/AD that carries multiple brands. They were also nice enough to order in some NATO straps I wanted to take a closer look at (at no charge to me). They came in maybe two weeks later, which to my surprise was much faster than some of the other brands I mentioned. I ended up buying one as well. Overall great experience. The products speak for themselves. If you are looking at getting into Omega, or luxury watches in general I would highly recommend making a stop here.
