College Nannies, Sitters and Tutors

This business is a complete joke and a scam. You pay 300+ dollars just to enter the program and then you either can not get a sitter or they no show. There is no one is the office that answers the phone and when you finally get through to someone it’s a person from Columbus, Ohio. I would 100% steer clear of the south hills college nanny office

This company is a 100% scam. Who ever owns this franchise has absolutely clue what they are doing. They bait you into $300 “membership” and with that you are supposed to have access to sitters via the app. Here’s is what actually happens. 1. There are very few sitters available and the turn over rate is insane. They usually have 2 in the system and none are there more than a few weeks. 2. They don’t show up and you have no way of contacting them. We gave them some leeway because of Covid but they haven’t no-showed last minute 3 times after confirming they would be here. They always offer a “free night” as an apology but then no one shows up to that either. We just paid a few hundred dollars for tickets to a show that we have to throw in the trash... 3. You have zero contact with anyone at the company. You can email and hope for a response but you can never talk to a live person. My guess is this company is going under and trying to make whatever they can before they close their doors. Don’t buy a membership...

I have been working as a Nanny for the company for going on 3 years now. I love my job! Flexible scheduling! Excellent staff! Rewarding work!

Stay away from this agency for child care needs! I have now had two occasions where I had scheduled child care in advance and the babysitter called off the same morning they were scheduled to work. I will not be using this unreliable service in the future.
