They have monthly or maybe even weekly visits from princesses and mermaids and other kids movie characters. It's free to attend and they give you Apple juice tea and cookies to decorate with icing and sprinkles. The whole thing is fun and the kids really enjoy it. Much better to see a real live princess than spending the day at home. The staff here is also really nice and the toys selection is awe inspiring.

It is sad this place is running out of business. It is a great place with very good and huge diverse store of toys and games any age child. I wish we saved it for our neighborhood

The staff were rude and unfriendly. Reply: hello, I think you got the wrong person. I didn’t ask any gifts sheet. My daughter and I accidentally visited the store on a rainy day. It was in the end of February. She was so happy to see lots of toys and start to play with some of toys you on the table. I think those toys were for children who came here to play and there is another boy there too, but a staff kept starring at my daughter and me and unfriendly asked us if we are going to buy anything from here. I didn’t plan to buy anything there because of her attitude but finally I bought a sound puzzle for her since I think we bother your store for too long about 15 minutes and I felt regretful for buying that. Pittsburgh is a family-friendly City and I am so surprise that I bumped into this kind of situation.
