UPS Access Point location

I was there to pick up a package that keeps getting shipped somewhere else other then the designation drop off point where I requested to be shipped they keep returning it back to sender so I had to find another place where I can have it shipped to. Kara at the front desk she is an awesome person very helpful on both ends she not only dealt with the shipper but also the receiving end of things to get my secure package to me She also notified me as when it came in also placed the package in her own refrigerator to keep my medicine from spoiling.
