My favorite apartment yet! I adore my 1 bedroom apartment! The space in the 1 bedroom gives plenty of room to be creative in your decor, awesome if you have a pet since there's a small back yard, and a beautiful secluded scenery. I have been there over 2 years and the community has made several improvements to my apartment and within the community. The location is prime--close to literally any store you need, downtown, and a quick traffic-less route on those Steeler game days to the North Shore. Reaching out to staff with questions, or needing a resolution to a problem is never an issue--they are always professional, friendly and responsive! Couldn't recommend this place enough! Something about moving has always been fun and refreshing to me (shout out to all my help along the way). The Cascades became a home I never wanted to leave, and the refresh I was searching for.

Very friendly and helpful in every way I called one day by the next day my bedroom blind was fixed.we have the best maintance guys ever. I wanted to change my parking place and Logic was right on it so I didnt have to wait till the next day he changed the sign an iwas able to have my car in front of my twonhome. I really was happy to have my car in front of my home.Thankyou logic.we really do have the best maintance guys here I needed ameatal strip nailed down in my main hall and again lugiwwas right there and fixed it befor I arrived home from work. He also went out of his way and carried in 2 large cases of coke from my trunk to my home. I am not aloud to lift anything heavy for another week and Louikunderstood and was willing to help me.thank you so muchLouik you deserve a gold star.
