REALTORS? Educational Institute

i went there 2013, and older married couple taught the class, they were nice and it was interesting. I had fun learning, i went mon and wed nights from 530 - 930pm my only complaint was we only had 20 min for dinner, but we were allowed to eat at our table. So ppl that didnt bring food had to run to subway or burger kind close by, i starting bringing my dinner.

Dawn does a great job offering a wide selection of courses...continuing education, designations, etc... at reasonable costs and at convenient times. One of the first schools I look at when I need/want to take some real estate classes.

I highly recommend The Realtors Associations of Metropolitan Pittsburgh (RAMP) school of education.The entire staff is very knowledgeable. They offer a wide variety of classes to educate any realtor from a newly licensed agent to an experienced realtor. The school director Dawn is very kind and always goes above the bar the help all realtors. She makes an appoint to get to know all students that attend classes with the association. RAMP holds many events outside of classes to keep the local realtors active in community events and with one another. I look forward every year to attending more classes & adding new designations on my resume. Thank you RAMP for offering the variety of classes that help me keep achieving all my real estate goals.I'm proud to be part of this organization.

I was holding off on writing a review until after I took my national & state tests, but here we are. Perks: They offer online classes.The online course is fairly easy to navigate. If you have any questions & email Dawn, she is fairly quick to reply. They offer in house classes. The price is reasonable. They offer a cram course for the national & state tests for $25.Cons:I learned during the cram course that some of the material learned in person is NOT taught online. The system crashes frequently. The secretary Vivian is not a pleasant person to deal with and unfortunately, you have to deal with her. You have to go to the school to take your final for the class..... And you don't get your results immediately. (It took several days to get my results back) The address on my transcripts was WRONG due to THEIR ERROR. Thankfully Dawn was able to get it fixed quickly.There really isn't any direction in the way of helping you sign up for your testing or what steps to take next.... Unless you email Dawn and bug her like I did. Thank goodness for her!
