Was never impressed with the pizza; Graziano's is markedly better. But they weren't picking up the phone tonight, so I gave pizza company another shot. Got there and they told me that the first one didn't come out right. No worries, this stuff happens. They knocked 25% off, so I thought it was all good. The second pizza turned out just as bad.
When I got home, I was able to pull crusts up, but none of the real pizza followed. I was able to scoop out some of the cheese and toppings to eat with my crusts, but the remainder was a doughy soup that had melded with the wax paper and box.
Must have been a bad night for that oven. If I ever go back, I guess I'll get a hoagie.

I ordered a stromboli and wedge fries about a month ago and both were great. So i decided to order again, but was disappointed to see they offer less toppings now. I ordered anyway just for the wedge fries, but they're just regular fries, and they forgot to include the two dipping sauces i paid for. It all tastes good, but not great, and I dont think I'll be ordering again.
Edit: Yeah, i just found a hair in my fries. Won't be ordering again.

Ordered 2 orders of wings, only got one, took 10 minutes to get order taker to understand what type of wing, must not be able to read menu description, no side of season salt included that was ordered
Hoagie was to not have onion or tomato and included extra mayo, onion in middle of gob of mayo on top with lettuce and sandwich fell apart trying to eat it
No receipt given
Ordered while at hospital and when we got to eat, it was 15 minutes before closing, got message they closed early for computer error
