I called and had them come to my home when they got here I told them about my problems. I had a rat that my husband ended up killing because the traps that they installed were the wrong size opening. the rat was just throwing the trap around my basement to move it out of the entry point in which it was coming in. I called and told them what had happened and I asked for a full refund because their traps did not work. they proceeded to state that they will only give a refund of $100, I paid $220. hey have yet to come back out and retrieve their equipment stating that I said not to come back which was not the case I told them to come get their equipment and I would not like to have a second treatment since we have taken care of the problem. not the manager is refusing to call us back or even speak to me or my husband Service: Rodents

They come out every other month and we have been pest free for over a year. Easy to work with and a great value.
