I have been going to Dr. Rotenstien for over a decade. I was diagnosed with Type one diabetes at an early age. This office is unorganized and unprofessional. They lost my records on more than one occasion and asked me who had been filling my prescriptions because they did not think I had seen them in over 3 years. My last appointment had been 6 months prior and she is the only doctor filling my prescriptions. In addition to this, it is increasingly hard to receive prescriptions for short term insulin. I am on a pump and require insulin 24/7. Trying to get my records transferred to another health care professional has been taxing. I would not recommend this facility for juvenile diabetes.

My stepson started going to Dr.Rotenstein 4yrs ago. Initially we thought she was going to be a great doctor but we were fooled. He is having growth issues. Now at 14yrs old he is 5’ tall his twin brother is 5’10â€. She made it seem she was doing all that she could for him being he started puberty at 6yrs old. She did nothing. We just went to a different doctor and we were told he is basically done growing as his growth plates have closed. We were asked why Dr.Rotenstein did no testing as to why he went into puberty at such an early age or tried to correct it. When I asked her in an appointment if growth hormone was going to be used her response was “Im not here to grow the tallest tree in the forest.†My son is so upset to know this is all he is growing when his biological father 6’6â€. Thank you Dr. Rotenstein for making a kid feel terrible. He is 5’ and barely a 100lbs! You need to explain why you did nothing about this as the new Dr stated this whole thing could have been avoided. I expect a response back. You either are to old and don’t know the new ways to practice or other reasons. I would not take an animal to see this woman.
