Not open when they should be!

I have tried to get my nails done twice now at this location. My daughter goes to the mathnadium next door, but both times during their posted hours , their lights are on, open sign lit, but doors are locked with no one inside. That is horrible for customer service.

Theyre never open when they should be. I always make an appointment for 10am because I start work at 11:30 and I wait outside for 20-25 mins for them to get there

I love this place ! I never have to wait they honor appointments give great manicure and the gel last me awhile!!
