The company has gone down hill. If you don't like being on hold for 15 minutes or better don't call them. I tried calling twice on hold 20 minutes the last time and 15 minutes next time for them to pickup equipment ( 35 minutes total to be ignored). No return phone calls and basically none existence customer service. Believe they have a call center handling there calls.

If I could there would be 0 stars the worse company I have ever had to deal with. 3 portable concentrators in a month and there were all junk. Promised to deliver tanks an pick up portable never happened. Tried to call put on hold for ever I guess they saw the number and didn't want to talk any more. So no tanks no portable for who knows how long but I am sure HSC makes sure to get there money from Medicare.

Do you not do business with. Awful company. They couldnt get an order straight to save their lives. Weve been with them a few months now for my mothers oxygen supply needs. Ive called three times and all three times. They have screwed up my order. Today They call me and tell me they have an order to pick up my mothers oxygen concentrator Really? How is she going to breed? The order I called in yesterday was to have them replace her empty portable tanks! Unfortunately in PA youre stuck with a company for five years once youre assigned to them. But I guarantee you in five years and one day., Ill be switching companies!

I have been with this company for 20 years...I have never had any issues. They have always addressed any issues I had. They worked to correct them. Joe their delivery man is knowledgeable and pleasant. Thank you Jolene A Mantia
