Edit: Seems my paperwork was lost but thankfully whoever is I'm charge now was able to find it almost a full year after my appointment. I am thankful for the follow up. I am still disappointed it took a year but I am updating my experience.

No hassle, paid my ~200 and was out. Make sure you register with the DOH and have a LEGIT doctors diagnosis. This business seems casual and stress free but they cross their T,s and dot their 'I's to ensure they can care for their patients long term. The nurse and Doc I saw were very knowledgeable and I did not have any questions when I walked out the door. Waiting for my card in the mail. Said 7 days or so. Thank you so much! Edit after 2 years: Got my card in 3 days. First recertification went as the certification. Johnny Bravo ‘smooth’ Second recertification went even better. Everything is online via video call and it was that much better.

trying to talk to the guy on the phone who answered was a complete and total douchebag ignorant and didn't even try to understand the questions I was asking! Rude and talked over my question! Wouldn't even give it one star but then it won't post!

Everyone was amazing. Everything was explained to me in detail. I Then forgot my phone in the office. The staff was so concerned I didn’t have it they were like family when I arrived back to get it. I prefer this facility over any. They treat you like family! Also check out Dave and the CBD!

What a friendly and comfortable experience. Joe has helped me out every step of the way and was unbelievably helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend CCC to any new patient looking to get certified hassle and awkward free.
