Jim was excellent in providing me the mattress that I needed for my new room! Helped me set up the account and everything! Even after everything was said and done, he gave me a free pillow for being so patient. I couldn't ask for a better service. :)

Excellent customer service and extensive knowledge on their products. Helped us find exactly what we were looking for for fraction of the cost. Would recommend it to friends and family for any mattress needs.

We happened to pop into the store while waiting on food order next door, but once we entered the store Dan greeted us and invited us to spend time looking around while explaining the benefits of each bed and also inviting us to try each one that we liked...Boy we found a few beds that we did like and with Dan's help we bought a new bed with pillows, mattress cover and a few other things. I have to commend Mattress Firm on having an employee that is willing to take their time with customers explaining the possible pros and cons of each bed. Thank Dan for giving us a great night sleep..
