Great place to work. I was away from the company after working here for a few years, and when I re-applied I had the warmest welcome back. The folks at Aerotech are downright geniuses, from the shop floor to the engineering groups. We're always investing in our people, upgrading, and expanding, which is huge.

I've been an engineer here for over 15 years, and I've made many good friends. It's been nice to see the company grow and evolve in different ways over that time. I don't plan on leaving anytime soon!

Aerotech, Inc. is an amazing company. It's the first job I've ever hit the 1 Year Mark for and that's because it's a great place to work. Friendly and supportive work atmosphere and management, casual dress code, Covid-conscious, lots of independence, and room for upward growth. If I hadn't had to move for family, I would still be working there for sure. Defiantly recommend checking this place out if you're looking for a job in Pittsburgh.
