This was the absolute worst service I have ever experienced, would give negative 5 stars if I could! DO NOT USE! Our guests and family arrived late to the wedding.

Well they arrived on time at least. Not the first time using this company but very disappointed in the service and response from management. Bungee cords holding the bar doors closed, party lights not functioning only the super bright interior lights in the bus for light so EVERYONE could see in the bus and what we were doing, ice in the bar had melted before we could even use it. Not to mention that the person taking my reservation said tip wasn't included so I double tipped for $160! Contacted management and they said that the driver disagreed with me so they will do nothing about it. NOT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE if you are looking for repeat business or good recommendations. I will not be back and will not recommend this company to ANYONE.

Awful experience for my wedding. Paid in full a year in advance for a party bus that could accommodate up to 26 people, price paid to include alcohol and gratuity. Good communication at the beginning. As it got closer, there were COVID restrictions, such as no alcohol, but we were excited to still have a spacious party bus to spread out with the bridal party. They called a few days prior to ask about schedule and how many people needed transportation. Day of my wedding, I have a missed call and long text from the company, they also called the hotel I was staying at and spoke, in tears, with one of my bridesmaids as I did not have my phone on me. According to them, there was a theft the day before for a vehicle part and they were transporting us now via a 14-person Enterprise white van. We were literally sitting on top of one another in this cramped vehicle, that I could have rented for a fraction of the cost that I paid for a party bus. Very apologetic day-of and said they would rectify and were sorry for this happening. Weeks later, when I finally was able to get ahold of someone to speak, they said they did not leave me stranded, they had offered an alternative method of transportation, and could offer a $200 credit to use with their company within the next 1.5 years. I have been trying to reach out and discuss with them my concerns as the amount I paid did not translate into the level of professionalism or transportation that I was contracted and received. After almost 9 months of attempting to resolve the issue with them, and rarely getting a response, I am writing a review. I would never use this company again or give them a cent of my money. Please do not make the same mistake as me, and avoid working with them at all costs. They will ruin your event, and there is nothing 'quality' about them.
