        This program is Pittsburghs worst kept secret ! This program changed my life completely ! Not even 30 days after graduating I was hired as a flagger by the Allegheny County Public Works Department making $18.84 an hour. After 6 months of temporary assignment with the paving unit, I have now been hired on FULL TIME complete with the best benefits available in the County. Everyone at APRI genuinely cares about each student and aims to prepare you for the work force and challenges you to challenge yourself. Thank God for APRI Pittsburgh and its staff. -Paul Gaines
