Extremely rude. All but accused my brother and I of being thieves for not having paperwork for pieces I bought from an estate auction and have a receipt for. Then balked at what we wanted for the piece after degrading it for 30 minutes. Very next place could tell us every little thing about the diamond and how it was made. Not only that but gave us over what we had stated to Jack. A $200 difference. We got more for the one piece then he wanted to give us for 2. He never even weighed the ring in his first offer of price. Other place was well lit, graded properly and professionally. Would never recommend Imperial. Response to Adam: Yes, I bought 6 tables of items at auction in which I find many items. That is the fun of estate auctions. I have found many items that with a little research turn out to be worth hundreds. That is the resell business, as being in it, you should be well aware of. Jewelry is not my area of expertise so I sought out reliable council from a business that online looked credible. I was upfront and even told Jack I would be willing to do all business in the future through you guys. Degrading people and items is hardly a way to gain trust and future dealings. Nothing was professional. Nothing was properly assessed or graded. I was amazed at the difference the next place went through to give a thorough and fair assessment.
