If you’re looking for a professional, hardworking, easy-going person to help you with your SEO needs or other needs in the digital space, Nathan is your guy. My Dad and I worked with Nathan earlier this year as my Dad ran to be a local judge. I initially found Nathan through a simple Google search, the same way that I found a handful of other companies around the Pittsburgh area as I looked for somebody to help my Dad’s campaign build its digital presence. Nathan responded quickly to my inquiry, and Nathan and I chatted a day or two after that. Nathan did a great job asking questions to understand our goals and our vision for the campaign. We decided to work with Nathan. And while the election itself didn’t turn out our way, we’re thrilled with the work that Nathan did. Two things in particular stuck out about Nathan and his team – his proactive approach and his client service. I’ll take each in turn. Proactive approach – Personally, I know just enough about the digital marketing space to be dangerous. I’ve heard about various concepts, and I vaguely know what they are. But I have never been in a position in which I have needed to deploy those concepts, tools, and resources to achieve a goal. And I explained that Nathan early on. To his credit, Nathan asked just enough questions to understand our vision and our goals before making various suggestions for how we could accomplish those goals. We came to Nathan with a simple goal – help us build my Dad’s digital presence. Nathan then executed on that goal by deploying various techniques and resources. He built our website. He built our presence on social media. He deployed certain techniques to help us build the following that we had on those platforms. He helped us engage with the voters in the district, and he helped us ensure that we were building a strong digital brand. And he offered numerous suggestions for things that we could do to strengthen our approach. Nathan was truly a partner with us through our journey. And we are glad that he was. Client service – I cannot say enough about this part of Nathan’s operation. Nathan was simply always available, and he was always ready to help. As my Dad’s campaign was getting off the ground, we had plenty of questions and plenty of needs. Nathan always expressed a willingness to listen to our questions/needs before suggesting a path forward. As I mentioned, we knew just enough about the space to be dangerous; so at times we suggested certain ideas and certain techniques. Much to his credit, Nathan never said “you have no idea what you’re about!” Instead, Nathan worked hard to understand the goal that we were trying to accomplish, and then Nathan proposed a path forward in an open-minded, constructive way. Then Nathan left the choice to us. And once a decision was made, Nathan executed on the plan. And Nathan stuck with the plan even if we hit obstacles that we had not predicted. In short, we are thrilled that we worked with Nathan. He and his entire team did an outstanding job.
