This is the most incompetent agency! They have kept a totaled vehicle on my insurance policy for over 2 years! When I asked one of the incompetent agents why, she responded that we receive a multi car discount however, we replaced the totaled vehicle with another so we were paying for 4 vehicles instead of 3 all this time!! They're criminals at this agency!

ALLSTATE "SUCKS"
Been with for 39 years only 2 claims. I had a water leak in our family room bathroom and the ceiling came down. Now there is a smell of mold. Turned in a claim to ALLSTATE and they said the damage is NOT COVERED BECAUSE ACORDING TO MY POLICY IT IS AN EXSISTING PROBLEM. How in the hell am I suppose to know its been leaking.
