Pancoast Staffing Services has been a client of Cognizant Benefits Solutions since 2005, and Scott and Brenda have provided us with amazing service over the years. The staffing industry has had a particularly difficult time providing health benefits to temporary employees in order to comply with the Affordable Care Act, and Scott has been instrumental in providing us with the tools and information to manage some very tricky compliance and reporting issues. Scott is extremely knowledgeable regarding the Affordable Care Act and has walked us through compliance even as some attorneys and CPAs have not been able to answer our questions.
