This is one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had. Liz was awesome. She answered all our questions and helped guide us in the right direction. Best of all there was no high pressure. We went home, thought about it and returned the next day to make our purchase. I will send anyone I know to the McKnight location!!!

Elizabeth was an absolute angel when we bought our mattress. From the moment we walked into the store she made us feel welcome and comfortable. She explained everything to us from the very basics (like helping us figure out we prefer soft rather than firm) and also assisted us in finding the absolute best accessories for our new mattress. She was very confident we would like a specific bed from the start, but she was so patient with us while we tested out others as well. My partner is a Navy veteran and has always had a lot of trouble sleeping due to pain, and when we explained our needs and concerns to her she listened and found us the perfect fit. She walked us through pillows and box springs and mattress protectors, and made sure we never felt overwhelmed. The specific box spring we needed wasn't at her store, so she went above and beyond and confirmed with a store even closer to where we live that they had one ready for us. During the transaction, she was so kind in helping us get approved for credit at the store, and walked us through the payment plan. On top of how sweet and helpful she had been through the whole experience, she even went out of her way to bag the entire mattress us to protect it from the rain, helped us carry the mattress out of the store, and even helped us secure it into the back of the truck. We have always bought our mattresses off of Amazon, but our experience with Elizabeth at Mattress Firm and how wonderful our bed is has made us true believers. We will absolutely be back to this store for our next bed and anything else we may need, and we have already recommended this store to our friends and family. You have an absolute gem of an employee working for you here, and we are so glad we stopped in.
