        I have stayed at many different hotels but never experienced like springhill. They are the worst. Their employees are not trained properly. They charge twice and ignore your complaints. I once made a reservation through Priceline but these guys charged my amex silently. I noticed but it was too late. They never refunded. Sorry to stay there.
