Dr. Delgreco is easily the best doctor I've ever had. And her PA is incredibly helpful and on top of things. Dr. Delgreco has a fantastic bedside manner and you're never made to feel like you aren't important. She spends as much time with you as you'd like, and being a DO means she doesn't just treat symptoms, but rather treats your problems as a system in order to find the best course of action.

It's unfortunate that the front desk staff are rude and unhelpful because once you walk past the doors into the back offices everyone is kind and efficient. My husband refused to get blood work from the lab at greentree medical to avoid the people at the front desk. Ive also recognized theyre rude and unhelpful but my other option is to drive to agh and find parking and fight traffic so i sucked it up and went to greentree medical for labs. When you walk into the building it clearly states see front desk for lab and I did and she told me it wasn't open yet, fine whatever, but we couldn't find the hours any where online and when you call you can never get through, so I go and sit down in the far corner, i proceed to sit in the chair labeled 1 ans im waiting for 730 like the front desk instructed and an eldery woman came in and directed me there were more instructions and I needed to sign in. Thank goodness for the kindness of strangers that the front desk couldn't afford to let me know the full instructions. Once I got called into the back I was in and out and it was completely painless process. Medical staff in the back 10/10, front staff are miserable.

Everytime I call for questions or request it takes them days or a week to get back to me. I cant handle this and my anxiety
