Would not recommend. I have dropped clothes and shoes off for my family member because hes been walking on the hard floors in only socks for a week. They never gave them to him. I had to call and they said security never went through the stuff. IT WAS 24 hours ago that I dropped it off. Poor guys back is hurting from the hard floors and he needed those shoes. Any time I call in to ask questions the nurses get defensive and become rude. They have no compassion and dont understand how difficult it is not to see your family member everyday. I called and left a message for his caseworker involving a sensitive matter and all she did was text me. She didnt take the time to call..must be too busy.
Update: He has been out of the hospital for over a week. No one has reached out about a follow up like they were supposed to. They were also supposed to have housing arranged for him once he got out but no one has reached out like they are supposed to. They told me he can come live with me for a few days and they would make sure his housing was set up and ready for him to move in. Well it has been two weeks and all they have done is leave everything for me to figure out!

Psychiatrist was very condescending. I believe he thought he was God on Earth. Would not try me on a new antidepressant even though there was sufficient evidence it was not working. Had the nerve to say, you're not the doctor. Will never go there again.
