Comfort Keepers In Home Care

My father recently came to need some extra care around the home and we looked to Comfort Keepers for support. He was reluctant for many reasons but having a stranger coming into his home being the biggest concern. After day one, my dad could not say enough about Kelly! He now looks forward to his time with her each week and speaks of her as though she is a part of the family, which in many ways she is! We have been incredibly pleased with the support we have received form Comfort Keepers and look forward to a long and healthy relationship!

Let's start off with saying I love the care and attention this company gives. I use them 2x a week for a couple hours. I recently ran into needing 24hr care same day. That is where Rene comes in. She worked hard to get us covered for 5 days in a row. She didn't skip a beat. At one point I thought she was just going to cover a shift herself. That's how hard she worked. And with the way the world is with this Covid19. It wasn't a easy task to find coverage. But she was a miracle worker. Every caregiver she found was caring. They understood that they were taking care of my 96 year old grandmother and I was scared because they were all new to her. Shavonne is her day to day person. But everyone else she never meet. There was Joan, Barbara, Maya, Leah, Brenda, Monica, Asha, and of course Shavonne. If I missed anyone please forgive me. Without this team of caregivers I would've been lost. I also got to speak with Pat. He was helpful as well. He understood that this was an emergency. And worked with me on paying the bill that I received. They are not trying to see you in a bind. They just wanted to help. It was nice that I could make multiple payments to get the bill down. If you are looking for a caring company for your loved ones that you can trust. My husband & I have used Comfort Keepers for quite a while now and couldn't be more pleased. If there was a 10 star, I would happily give it. As a caregiver dealing with my husband's disease, I most anxiously look forward to Comfort Keepers Caregiver's visit to help my husband with his needs but also to help me with all the things that I never seem to have time to do. It has been a quite a relief and has helped reduce stress for both of us. I have found their employees to be most helpful, considerate, dependable, trustworthy and always willing to go the extra mile. Our caregiver is a blessing indeed!! Thank you Comfort Keepers.... '.
