Our AC unit went down on Monday morning. We immediately contacted another HVAC business we had used and liked in the past, but their arrival kept getting postponed in subsequent days, because it was a bad week for them. I called A-Comfort on Thursday at 10:26 a.m. This is going to sound incredible, but in the span of 45 minutes, they had already arrived at our house, assessed the problem, fixed the problem (it needed a new capacitor), processed our payment and left our house! Amazing! The service technician, Hunter, went straight to work and was efficient and knowledgable. He was obviously there to fix a problem and not to make a sale (Years ago, we had contacted a different local large HVAC business and it felt like we were dealing with a used-car dealership). The lady at A-Comfort who first took our call, Nancy, was also helpful and clearly explained in advance that there would be a $99 diagnosis charge and $60 gas fee for travel, but that $99 would go toward our repair bill if we elected to proceed with the repairs. With all that considered, and the repairs made, when we got the final bill, we felt we were given a fair price and outstanding service. We are so thankful. A-Comfort was recommended to us by a friend, and we would recommend them to our friends, too. In fact, when I notified the other HVAC business (the one we liked) that we had gone with A-Comfort, their representative said, "I’m glad you got who you got. They're a reputable company." We have had yearly maintenance contracts for our ac and heating with A Comfort for several years and bought another furnace from them this summer. Good service and I have nothing to complain about -- it's all good. All of the technicians who have done work in our home have been punctual and friendly.

I called for an AC problem, AC had someone out that day and had it fixed in no time. The Tech was very knowledgeable and very professional. He knew what he was doing and had my AC back up and running in no time at all.
