        The Rep. was prompt and called before coming. He did the work in a timely manner and answered all of our questions regarding our furnace/air conditioner. This company is very honest and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Also, its so nice that the office calls to set up your appointment.

        We had a new Weil McClain high efficiency boiler installed last fall, at a cost of $13,500. It failed twice in the first six months. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I dont know if it was defective equipment or faulty work, but I think the latter. Ryan, the technician who came the other day after the second failure, was very cordial, professional in his demeanor and attentive to detail. I think he corrected the remaining issues. Time will tell.
