I bought hand made chocolate and truffles for my husband for Valentines Day, he really enjoyed them. The owner was very friendly. There is a good assortment of cards, chocolates, gifts, etc. I will be back!

I placed an order online to be shipped to my sister who lives in Pittsburgh, 7 min away from the store. We were charged $37.34 for 1lb of assorted chocolates via Paypal account. We never received any notification that our order was received. We were never provided an order number, no tracking information, nothing. My sister never received her chocolates. I called multiple times both numbers listed on the website, left several voicemails on Susan's cell phone and sent emails. I never received a response. Now we have to go through the process of contacting Paypal to get a refund for our money. I was very excited about reading the reviews. I live in NY and wanted to surprise my sister, who loves chocolates, after receiving a big promotion. I'm so incredibly disappointed. If your online ordering is this terrible and unreliable, then don't have it as an option on your website!

I came to this place for the first time looking for a gift for an important occasion. I bought a box of assorted truffle chocolates that were boxed during my visit. The owner was super personable and helpful while she wrapped the chocolates in such cute wrapping paper and bag! I am sure to come back for both the personalized service and the artisan treats!
