This waa a horrible experience! Waited 15 min in drive thru window wirh no other cars waiting on 3 breakfast sandwiches that we're 13 $ no sides or drinks. just not good for time or service girl argued with about there not beingg a bacon egg and cheese muffin . On the menu

My husband and his friend wanted a snack before dinner and this McDonald's was across the street from where we were staying. I have to say that this was the most disgusting and rude fast food experience ever. I know it's just a McDonald's but I still expect cleanliness and mutual respect. They closed the place early (except for drive thru) one eve because "they were under staffed". The next day the guys went inside and the place was filthy, the staff was EXTREMELY rude and the food was unacceptable. If I could leave no stars I would. Shame Shame

I stopped for food on my way home from work, paid and left. It was only later that I realized my debit card was missing because I got notification that someone found it on a sidewalk. The employee at the drive through window never gave me back my card!! I tried to call the customer service line to file a complaint. They said that because my card was not found on site or in the store there was nothing they could do about it. PLEASE CHECK FOR RECIPT OF YOUR CARD BACK! I will never go to this store again!

Today I had the crave of French fries. Went to McDonalds on 1600 penn ave downtown Pittsburgh, and ordered fresh basket of fries. Got my order through drive through, finding that fries are hot but saggy and old. Parked my car and went to see the manager African American lady. Nicely, she threw away the bag I handed closed in the garbage and also threw away all fries in the tray of serving and put new fries in the fryer. Waited 10 min, and she handed me my bag of fries with a smile. I said thank you and went to my car looking to enjoy my fresh fries. After I drove off , I had the biggest surprise in my life. She gave me the same bag I returned before. I gave up . And didnt go back and this is my last visit to this place. Never imagine in my life such hassle to enjoy fresh fries. I am still smiling, because what goes around always comes around. God bless
