        Unfortunately wasn't and won't see Dr. Basheda because of the way his front desk staff treated me. Wasn't told I couldn't be seen without imaging, and snide remarks were uttered by the other person when I explained it didn't say that in the letter. Is unfortunate that people think they can speak to people like that when then are supposed to care about patients.

        Recommended congitive therapy for my insomnia, said he couldn't help me,told me go to Cleveland clinic.then sent my information to Cleveland without my permission. Waste of time seeing this man.

        I just had my first visit with Dr. Basheda yesterday. It was a wonderful experience! Jennifer and Melanie were so friendly and efficient. I felt that I was in good hands right from the start! Dr. Basheda was warm and friendly and asked questions that made me realize that he is going to do whatever possible to treat my condition. He is the real deal. I learned so much from one visit!
