I would like to take this opportunity to discuss the nutritional training program that this group offers. When I was started, I was down and out in the worst shape of my life. I sat down with Dakota who told me about the program. I got a physical and started the program the following week. Dakota started me out with a basic meal plan and some exercise recommendations for the gym. Dakota would be there every week for weigh in and to discuss progress. If the numbers were off he would analyze the food eaten in the previous week and make recommendations. I feel that this program is worth the cost to help you relearn about proper eating and exercise. Dakota is a man who brings many years of training and experience to the table to help you achieve the outcome that you desire and are willing to put in the work for. Good Luck!
