Modern Era Weddings

We had our wedding DJ’d through Modern Era Weddings with Dan Fletcher. From the start, Dan made the entire experience not only comfortable, but fun & enjoyable! He is incredibly smart and talented at what he does. The day of the wedding, he took the lead and made sure to run the entire event smoothly. He suggested adding / modifying our timeline in ways I would’ve never thought of on my own and he made sure to keep people dancing. EVERYONE at our wedding raves about him! He is genuinely a kind person and I couldn’t have been more thankful to work with him!

Working with Modern Era Weddings and DJ Dan Fletcher couldn't have been easier, or more comforting. From the beginning, we felt completely confident that we had a responsible company and DJ handling our wedding. Communication was timely, and Mike did a fantastic job understanding our musical interests and vision for our day then connecting us with the most perfect DJ for our day - Dan. Dan's relaxed and organized communication style, and his expectations of what he needed from us, were clear from our first conversation and appreciated. We had complete peace of mind that Dan would have our celebration (ceremony and reception) locked down. And he showed up to impress!! From his flexibility to support some of our live musicians then seamlessly move into his own playlist, to having the awareness and care to troubleshoot throughout the day (Dan seamlessly managed our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception - all in different locations at the same venue!), to pulling and mixing the most appropriate tracks of music from our favorite artists (and favorite songs we forgot to add to our playlist, but somehow Dan seemed to know they were favorites!), and generally having a feel for the crowd all night, we could not have asked for a better DJ. We wanted a party to celebrate our marriage, with guests dancing on the floor all night, and Dan made that happen with professionalism and fun! Thank you, Dan, for being a part of our perfect day!

DJ Mike Willis is THE BEST! There isn't a debate. My wife and I booked Mike for our wedding last week. Planning with Mike was excited, he walked us through what the night would look like and what would work best. It was evident that he was very experienced. Wedding Day came and Mike knocked it out of the park. He had our entire wedding up on their feet singing and dancing for four hours. He catered to my wife's needs and was constantly checking in to see if we needed anything. We couldn't have asked for more from a Dj. But the most impressive part of the night was how Mike managed to have everyone ages 18-70 up out of their seat and on the dance floor. His connection with the people was effortless. We have been complimented about our DJ by basically every guest that attended. If you are a couple deciding on who to book for your wedding, there is no one else to even consider. It is Mike! He made our most special day a thousand times more special!!!!!!!
